Error when clicking on Print Icon

I have a machine that is throwing a few exceptions when I click on the print icon:
First when I pick the print icon a dialog box opens to select a pltcfg and when I select one and click ok the MS message center records this:

An internal plot error occurred
Fatal exception caught inside [PrinterConfigurationEC::CreateSchema]
Fatal exception caught inside [PrinterConfigurationEC::CreateClass]

Any help on this would be great. thanks,

Everything is pretty standard compared to many of the same workstations we have. We just loaded XM and we are having this issue. MS 2004 is still loaded and is working fine. We have reinstalled XM and we are getting the same result. I have not tried an out of the box pltcfg. Everything is local to the computer

The machine is one of the older ones and a decision was made to replace the machine. Thanks for getting back with me,

Hmmm... some additional details might help. Did this just start happening? Or is this a "new install"? Did anything change on that workstation about the same time that this started happening? Is it specific to a particular PLTCFG, or any of them (including unmodified ones that are delivered with MicroStation)? Is the product installed locally or on a network? Is the workstation configured for the same system printers as the others are? Is there anything "unique" to this workstation (e.g. other software installed, additional macros or applications running, OS, etc.)?
