Can this be done for batch printing in XM?

People in the office keep changing the paper size and location of output which in turn affects all users in the office.

Is there any way I can lock this so that people are unable to change

Re: Batch printing settings

Thanks very much Roy.

Re: Batch printing settings

What I have done is in the bachplt.spc:

Define printers with only one form size each: PDF-24x36, PDF-18x24, PDF-12x18, KIP-24x36, ...
Set the batchplt.spc file to read-only; this prevents changes

The users only neet to select the correct printer and do not have to choose the form size. This does not work well for Sheet Models though; for those you can still have printers defined with all the forms: PDF, KIP, ...
