a company requirement is to print some border comments on every drawing printed. I have added the comments required and removed the edit printer config from the menu so they cant be changed and they are on a network drive that is read only. Problem is the users can easily remove the comment using the print attributes dialogue. Is there anyway to make the border comment greyed out so users cant remove it or disable access to the print attributes dialogue?
You can never completely stop a user from anything but to make it more difficult can't you put the text into your companies drawing sheet or title block ?
