We have a user who when they click the Print button to open the Print dialog, there is a 15-20 second pause before it appears.
Other users with V8-XM with similar machine configs do not experience this. Also, when I do a "Run As" on the same problem machine, and enter my Administrator credentials, there is no pause for me when I click the Print button.
Any ideas of what I can check in her config to solve this?

Try to change your default printer. Check if all printer connections are ok, maybe you have a defect printer driver
