What's the best way to print in black and white so that you can insert the printed file into a MS Word Document, such that it's not a negative image and has a good resolution.
I tried PDF, JPG and PNG plot drivers however the end result is grainy and pixelated.
The native Windows format for vector images is EMF. If you paste an EMF image into a Windows application such as Word you should see good results.
In olden days you had to use the delivered EMF printer driver (emf.plt) to obtain an EMF file, but these days it's an option in the print dialog.
