I choose the subject pull down (Bentley Driver) and it kicks back to windows driver? Any ideas how to make "Bentley Driver" selection stick?
Perhaps the driver directory is empty. Where is the driver directory and/or how do I set it's path?

Set MS_PLOTDLG_DEF_PLTFILE to your printer driver configuration filename. When this variable is set, the specified file will be loaded when you open the Print dialog box.
