PDF Creation in V8XM

I tried to create a PDF in Microstation V8XM with an attached Pen Table/ Design Script using the plt.pdf Bentley driver. The PDF was created but the pen table/design script instructions were ignored. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm not seeing any attachments - but maybe I'm missing something, I'm new to this forum.

When you have the pdf.plt driver printer window displayed, at the top there should be clickable text "Pen Table". Click on that to attach your pen table/design script. I get a pdf created but the results symbolize that the pen table was not used.
