Printing Grids

no you cant they are not real elements.

But you can draw a grid pretty easy with the parallel copy if you want real lines for a grid and make them very faint grey..

otherwise create a cell of a dot like the Grid master / grid ref and place cell by array and as your cell is printable it will work... I did this a long time ago for a client  and I made the dgn to be used as a reference file so just build your grid file and attach it as a reference file then you can turn it on off  scale it etc and always have it available to every one to use as a ref...

I am also wondering how the grid support printing so much. In speaking of grid printing, is there anything related to the grid style printing?
