what will be the command or changes to be do in pdf.pltcfg file for change the duplexmde from simplex to duplex. please find the attached for my exact requirement.

Don't you have to have multiple pages to print before the duplex option can be enabled ? You only have one page. You also appear to be running an old version of Acrobat Reader.

please note the question again, suppose there are two pages, how to enable / disable duplex option in PDF.PLTCFG file. I'm using acrobat 9 for read.
