Pentable Behavior in XM

I noticed the new pentable dialog box now shows the Priority toggle in Element Output Actions as only being applicable to 2D files.  I don't recall seeing this in the previous version of V8.  Lo and behold, I'm now unable to control the sequence of output in 3D files.  Anyone know of a work-around to this?
