Anyone know where I can find a good thread fully describing these? Here is what I am looking to do, maybe I don't need a design script and there is a better way of doing it.
I have existing elements on their respective levels in my profile. Right now they are on a 0 weight and "grey-scale" color. Our client might want this changed to non-grey-scale and a weight 1 down the road. Instead of going to all 50 plan & profiles and changing it back and forth. I would like to do something like (I dont know much about "coding" or anything mind you), levelname = color, weight, style.
Is there a way to achieve this quickly using a design script/pen table?

I'm sorry but if your client wants you to change the elements to weight 1 not just printing so why not
just use batch processor to make everything weight 1 in all your files,
You said"" I have existing elements on their respective levels in my profile. Right now they are on a 0 weight and "grey-scale" color. Our client might want this changed to non-grey-scale and a weight 1 down the road."
So why are you printing grey scale your client said non grey scale what does that mean ? colour or B&W or WYSIWYG?
While were here
Go and make a new dgnlib file ( call it client name) with all your level names predefined and by level set to wt 1
open a new seed file named it your clients name and import/ attach the levels from the dgnlib file. will now take care of all future works...

Can you send me your dgn and pen table?
No that didn't work. Besides the text on the right, it seems to just be the arrowhead that isn't converting over to grey-scale. I tried printing a few other pages as well to the same effect. I do not know if this makes a difference, but we use a cell "ARRHD" to determine our Arrow Terminator in our Dimension styles.
Under Pen Table Options --> Complex/Compound Element Options, I have everything checked. I have also tried both Element symbology comparison modes.
In the main window of Element Selection Criteria under Class: Originally I just had Primary highlighted, I now have everything highlighted, still no effect. I have all Types highlighted as well.
In the pen table dialog, look in the lower left. There is a Pen Table Options. Try enabling Explode dimensions.
