[V8i SS3] Print Organizer won't print rasters (on my machine only)

Question

I have set up a Print Organizer set that creates a pdf (using pdf.pltcfg). For some reason with my PC it creates a pdf without the raster (small file size), but when the same PO set is processed on a coworker's screen, the rasters are part of the resulting pdf (large file size). Both of us are pulling settings from a networked workspace. 
 I can use the same pdf.pltcfg from the standard Print dialog box, and the raster will pe printed just fine. 
 Any suggestions on how to get PO to print rasters from my machine?

You can try adding this code to the cfg file to ignore that cfg when running in non-graphics mode: 
 
	· Open the file in a text editor 
 
	· At the very top of the file i.e. before the first line, enter the following text on a single, separate line: 
 
	%if !defined (_CONSOLEAPP) 
 
	· At the very end of the file i.e. after the last line, enter the following text: 
 
	%endif 
 
	· Save and close the file
