I understand the pen table is needed for all other elements and not for this ceel.
I made a modification in revB.
See attaxched screenshot with resulting Preview and how the cell is displayed.
Does this meet your requirements?
In case your results are different, it must me the used printer driver configuration file what makes the change.

I did a print with the REV pen table attached. This did not change anything in the print. I would like the stripes to print in shading, not solid. Detaching the pen table is closer to the desired effect, but like stated, I am going to need this table to be attached to files in which this cell will be used.

At first glance I notify that MS V8.5 and MS V8iSS3upd2 print the same results. See attached PDF files.
I did a modification in Pen Table - Pen Table Options.
