Why would Print Organizer output different looking linestyles than the normal Print tool when using the same pdf driver and pen table ? (the dash-space setting is not maintained on a LC=3 line)

Make sure you are not "Rasterizing" with one of the prints and not with the other. Are you specifying the same user workspace and project workspace in Print Organizer as you currently running with MicroStation? Do you use any command line arguments when you start up MicroStation?

Rasterize is not enabled in neither Print Organizer nor the MS Print tool. I am specifying the same user and project workspace in running MS and in the PO. Not sure about the command line arg. at start up. I use a shortcut that reads "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\".

Is there anything after ustation.exe in the shortcut? Even if there is this may not have anything to do with the issue but if you have arguments after ustation.exe you would need to define the MS_PLT_ENGINE_CMDLINE_ARGS variable with those arguments. The worker MicroStation that runs in the background when Print Organizer processes a job would then be using the same environment your current MicroStation runs. What version of MicroStation are you running?

The .exe is as follows; "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\ustation.exe" -wsLoad_GEOPAK_SS3=1. The MS_PLT_ENGINE_CMDLINE_ARGS variable is undefined. How should that be set ? I'm running SS3 08.11.09.608

Define the MS_PLT_ENGINE_CMDLINE_ARGS variable with -wsLoad_GEOPAK_SS3=1
