Why would Print Organizer output different looking linestyles than the normal Print tool when using the same pdf driver and pen table ? (the dash-space setting is not maintained on a LC=3 line)

The look of the dashed LC 3 linestyle has always been slightly off coming out of Print Organizer to a .pdf output. The linestyle is heavier and the dashes are not maintained for the length of the line. It ends up displaying as a solid line (viewing pdf and printed pdf to paper).
Printing the same image from the MS Print tool, using the same pdf driver delivers a correct output.
We thought it was just a setting in the PO print style > Display tab that we missed.
The “read only” setting was toggled on in the preferences. Toggled off now.
