The fact that it appears to be affecting multiple files I like Van suggest would check to see if the print styles exist in other configured dgnlibs, but in addition you could also check to see if they have been created in your seed file(s).

You can take a look at the variable, MS_DGNLIBLIST. This is the variable that defines the dgn library files. It sounds like this variable is pointing to a dgnib file containing the print styles you mention above. Once you find the correct dgnlib file just open it and open Print Organizer and select Tools - Define Print Styles and remove them.
