Raster image doesn't show in print preview in microstation v8i?

I'm working in microstation v8i and I'm trying to print raster images with no luck.

The raster images don't appear in the print preview?

Print dialog box Settings>Raster Options> Check on print raster images

Print raster images is checked, in raster options.
I also have all the raster images in the raster reference box, selected to print as well.

I've also tried using the "printer.pltcfg", but that doesn't help either?

Check the level the raster is on? Is the Plot option set for this level in Level Manager?

Is there a reason why the raster is in black and white,
not in color?
