I can print only Rasterized PDF

I can print only rasterized PDF, when I try print "un-rasterized" MS always go to error. Where can be problem? I run on Parallels W8.1 4 GB RAM, I thought that and here is problem. But I try clean BootCamp install W10 + 16 GB RAM and situation is same.

Do you have this problem with all files or certain files only? Does this also happen with MicroStation example files?
In case it's about certain files only, is it possible we can have a look at the files?

I have this problem, when try print Sheet - from some my files (...but directly this file I can't provide to 3rd side - I understand that can be problem, to solve my problem). Model was printed succesfully.

ADDED:

I found that problem is in DGN from architects, if I have attached this file and want print, it always crash - except one - raster print, this work - but only raster and PDF. Now just find where is problem in DGN from architects...
