can you be more detailed in what you mean...?

If your text is specific to level names and those levels only contain text, then a custom pentable can change its symbology on or at print ie colour , weight. or non print.

Even some text substitution ie date, file name, scale , user, references can be done via pen table, but you cannot change fonts or text size.

There was a free tool that could force text size , fonts, and cells size etc on printing scale called "Scale Manager " search in AskInga for it .. I use to use this alot in previous employments, especially for lot and property numbers, these were always too small in the purchased cadastral files... it has gone out of style since scale annotation has taken off... but /i like how it doesnt change anything its just at view and print time when you use the tool...

Once you read the documentation and do some tests you'll get the principle of it a quickly...
