&lt;p&gt;If your text is specific to level names and those levels only &amp;nbsp;contain text, then a custom pentable &amp;nbsp;can change its symbology on or at print ie colour , weight. or non print.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Even some text substitution ie date, file name, scale , user, references can be done via pen table, but you cannot change &amp;nbsp;fonts or text size.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There was a free tool that could force &amp;nbsp;text size , fonts, and cells size etc on printing scale called &amp;quot;Scale Manager &amp;quot; search in AskInga for it .. I use to use this alot &amp;nbsp;in previous employments, especially for lot and &amp;nbsp;property numbers, these were always too small in the purchased cadastral files... it has gone out of style since scale annotation has taken off... but /i like how it &amp;nbsp;doesnt &amp;nbsp;change anything its just at &amp;nbsp;view and print time when you use the &amp;nbsp;tool...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once you read the documentation and &amp;nbsp;do some tests you&amp;#39;ll get the principle &amp;nbsp;of it a quickly...&lt;/p&gt;
