Poor Quality PDFs in the Advanced Print In GEOWEB

Call for Help! 
 We are having extreme difficulties in obtaining an acceptable standard of PDF form the advanced Print command in the GEOWEB. 
 The end users are wanting to use this function but the end result is unusable. 
 Has anyone suggestions on how we can fix this problem? We have raised a service ticket but as yet have had no feedback.

I have not used GEOWEB, but I assume msnt is the engine and printing to pdf is done through a plot.cfg file or driver... then examine the settings in the driver for what default resolution its using and change it to a higher value also see if the compression algorithm is set to the default zip if so change to jpg , use the pull down bottom right corner this will make higher res pdfs smaller in size ..... well they do in microstation....
