Thanks for your help Evert.

The issue I found I was having --- several .dgnlibs active and some carrying multiple Print Styles set to Default. These we blowing up my settings according to the rules outlined in a MicroStation Help article entitled 'Print Style Priority'. So it wasn't the .pltcfg or the style, it was the lack of housekeeping of the environment, in my case.

Files attached; you may not need them all.

The .dgn sheets to be printed are c12 & c20, others are base files.

.pltcfg, pen .tbl file, and .xml styles are already imported for you into the two sheets.

I was not able reproduce differences between Print and Print Organizer. What I did was making modifications in PDF.PLTCFG under tab Color Maps and disabled Weight Maps. In Both Print and Print Organizer the same results are seen.
The first thought is make sure the same PLTCFG file has been used.
Can you send me the file PDF.PLTCFG so I can have a look at that?
