I'm getting off our legacy design scripts and going with more WYSIWYG printing (due to design script priority issues).
The issue I found I was having --- several .dgnlibs active and some carrying multiple Print Styles set to Default. These we blowing up my settings according to the rules outlined in a MicroStation Help article entitled 'Print Style Priority'. So it wasn't the .pltcfg or the style, it was the lack of housekeeping of the environment, in my case.

RE: .pltcfg mappings of color, style & weight not honored

What I did was making modifications in PDF.PLTCFG under tab Color Maps and disabled Weight Maps. In Both Print and Print Organizer the same results are seen.
The first thought is make sure the same PLTCFG file has been used.
Can you send me the file PDF.PLTCFG so I can have a look at that?
