iplot error - could not create PDF file

I have a user who is using Iplot Organizer to combine to PDF file into one. I am getting the below error message:

Invalid or unsupported file - DParm CreateFromFile

Could not create file

I can log on with admin privileges and successfully create the PDF.

Not sure where to look though to resolve the problem

Is the issue just related to this one user or can another normal user on same machine create the .pdf?
If specific to the one user, can he try to see if he can create a .pdf for each plot file instead of a single multi page .pdf?
If isolated to a single .pdf can he view the .pdf file in Acrobat?

Hey. Can you have problems with the access faults on this computer? Try to do the same in F orms Filler PDF.
