Printing and Plotting Forum Error printing

Error printing

Hello,

After clicking the print button to open the print screen and is ready to see an error message. After pressing the OK button on the message concludes the program.
This happened in connecte MicroStation and MicroStation Descartes.
Yesterday, the last automatic update is performed via Connect client.

Can we get more details on this issue? Were you able to print this file before the upgrade to the CONNECT Client? Can you print other files? Any error messages in the Message Center before you click on print? What value are you using for "Raster Quality Factor" under Settings->Raster Options in the Descartes print dialog? Possibly try a lower value?

Hello,

It's was only with this dgn-file.
There was a 3mx-file attached.
We where testing to print it to pdf and 3d-pdf.
The pdf-configuration was in accordance with the standard file after installation and therefore not changed.

The problem continued to occur but after compressing the dgn-file the error disappeared.
