Print Organizer Properties Missing

Hello! I'm having a frustrating issue that I'm hoping is a simple fix. I'm attaching two photos that show what options I have under properties now and what I'm used to seeing. I obviously want the one that displays more options.

This is because you have "Enabled variable print definitions" and created a .pset (I-10 PRINTSET.pset) using a print style "FDOT PDF". To convert the .pset to "fixed print definitions" and see the properties for each, do the following: in the Print Organizer pull down menus select "Tools->Convert to fixed print definitions".
