Hello,
I have point clouds attached to my models but not displayed.
When models are referenced into drawing (WITH POINT CLOUD NOT DISPLAYED) the print automatically rasterises.
The box to switch off rasterising is greyed out.
I repeat that the point clouds are not displayed and there is no requirement for rasterising.
Is this perhaps being caused by a setting somewhere ?
By the way, the option to print in black and white is also greyed out.
This is happening in AECOsim, V8i, and Descartes.
Any help gratefully received.
Even if Rasterized were set in the pltcfg, you should still be able to toggle it. Is there a presentation set on one of the references that is forcing Rasterized?
Hi Dawn. I've done more experimentation and found that this is definitely being caused by the presence of pointclouds.
Remove the pointclouds and hey presto rasterisation and color switches become adjustable again.
Bring the pointcloud back (by doing undo) and rasterisation and color toggles become greyed out.
We should not be forcing Rasterized if all point clouds in the view being plotted has display turned off. If you are seeing different results and wish to pursue this further, please send me a PM with versions and sample data.
I know ! I can tell you this happens on all my dgn files and with all point clouds.
I'll send you some files. I'm using AECOsim SS4 08.11.09.593
Do I get a cash prize if I've found a bug :-) ?
