Hello,
Getting this error when trying to change the paper size of a single sheet in an existing pset. "An error occurred in the print engine - Tool not allowed. File is Read-Only"
Happens to 2 people in my office (so far), but not to me. I've checked permissions, pset file is not read only.
The pset is printing to PDF, the files (dgns, pset and .pltcfg) are all in ProjectWise.

Hi Tom, compare the .cfg files you have on your system in the ..\config\appl directory to theirs. Do they have files you don't? If they do, could you have them move these to a temporary folder and try Print Organizer. If Print Organizer works without these files try to narrow down the issue to a specific .cfg.
