Hello All,
I can set the rotation center according to the article:
https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/microstation_printing/w/wiki/16157/how-is-rotation-determined-for-a-3d-pdf
The 3D PDF rotation center is what I set indeed, if I rotate/spin the model in the PDF, it works fine. But if I pan the view, the rotation center is not what I set anymore. It seems the rotation center in PDF is fixed to a point, it ways rotation around the point, is it ture? Is anyway to let PDF can rotation around any point, just like navigator do? Thanks a lot!
Perhaps the following article can help you: http://3dpdfconsortium.org/2014/02/11/how-to-set-the-center-of-rotation-when-viewing-a-3d-pdf-file/
I have tried this already, but it is not perfect...
1. It is not easy to operate, and not all other users know it. If you send your PDF to others, they might not know it.
2. In some cases, the rotation center point might be moved, but the view range is revised also, the view might be too large/small, when you zoom in/out to adjust the view, then the rotation center moved again...
Thanks a lot!
