If set to &quot;True&quot; it should allow you to overwrite the file. I can easily duplicate this error message if the same named&nbsp;file is open by another application as I try to overwrite the file. The other time, it&nbsp;was file specific and for that we had to turn&nbsp;Off&nbsp; &quot;Enable Measuring&quot; and &quot;Enable Georeferencing&quot; under &quot;Driver Properties&quot;.
