I am seeing an issue with running IPLOT on update 9 which could be related to Spring Creators edition which i also just uploaded. If I stop IPLOT from loading at startup then the file loads and everything is fine. If you load iplot then it hangs. I need to try update 9 on windows fall creators edition to see if it has the problem.
BTW - Spring creators edition is final and will be released this week. You can get your hands on the official release early which i have done.
I am reverting mine back to see if the problem goes away

IPLOT is not working on MicroStation connect or OpenRoads Designer after you upgrade to window 10 spring creators edition. I have seen this issue replicated on more than one machine and so far the machine I reverted windows 10 back to the previous version is now working again.
