If you open up one of the standard pltcfg files say pdf.pltcfg you will see all the alternative plot sizes.

Substitute the ISO sizes listed for the Arch and ANSI sizes you want

Ian

Your answer has been really helpful, just one detail, when I choose true colors I'm not able to choose the size that I want, you know I want my pdf files to be ANSI B or ARCH D but this printing configuration only allows me ISO A0, ISO A1, ISO A3, ISO A4, WIDE A1 and DOUBLE A1.

How can I set this feature?

Regards.

RE: How can I set Print attributes?

Gabriela

The attached TrueColourPDF.pltcfg file does what I understand you are looking for:

If you drawing anything using standard colors 0-255 they will print out black

If you drawing anything using True Colours then they will print out in the colour chosen.

Remember to choose True Color as the print option before you generate the PDF file

Hope that helps

Ian

I'm working on MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 4), Version 08.11.09.829.

when I export my DGN file to PDF file I want all layers to show in black (I could have one layer in blue, another in yellow and so on)

and I want all logos inside title block to show in its own colors (if I have a logo in red I want it to be shown as red on the pdf file). I don't know where to set these features.

RE: How can I set Print attributes?

Gabriela

First of all can you tell us what product and version you are using (ie AECOSim version xx.xx.xx.xx)

Can you also elaborate of what you want to achieve:

Do you want red lines on the screen to be printed red, with blue lines to be printed blue type thing but with every other screen coloured line printed black?

Which printer driver(s) are you using?
