Printing point clouds (2D views) - Descartes V8i SELECT Series 6

I am having problems printing point clouds. My workflow is a s follows;

• Attach point cloud (.pod) to 3D design model space
• Clip unwanted point from cloud
• Create 3D vector elements and position within point cloud
• Create Saved Views for Drawing Model
• Dimension and annotate the Drawing Model
• Reference Drawing Model to Sheet Model for printing

When I print the sheet the 'Rasterised' button is clicked and greyed out. The problem is that the printed output is always missing some of the rasterised point cloud content, regardless of whether I use Windows or Bentley driver (hard copy or pdf) the results are the same.

How can I ensure that all the point cloud is included in the raster files?
