Missing options in print area

I'm missing options in the print dialog, general settings, area.

Right now I can only see.
- View
- Fence
-Sheet

But in XM we also had:
- Fit all (wich we really miss)
- Fit Master

As we havn't used Sheet Boundrys this now causes a issue. Our workflow has been that we have cells for the drawing frame and then attach the proper frame for the drawing. Using "sheet boundrys" complicates this workflow as it's not only to replace a cell for another size of the frame. And we need to figure out a way of solving this in the seed file as the seed file we use today already contains a Model and Sheet.

The 'Set Fence from Fit All' and 'Set Fence from Fit Master' commands may be found under the Print / Settings menu. However, I don't believe that's the best way to achieve what you are looking for.

Since your models contain cell elements which describe your print area, you can create a default print style that will automatically clip the view to a particular shape element or cell range. This would allow you place non-printing annotations outside the print area if you wanted to.
