To begin with, my workplace had used the batch print in V8 to print pdf files.Currently, we have used print organizer to print pdf in V8i. It is noticeable that the files printed by V8i is not as similar as V8. There are some subtle changes such as smaller arrow terminator and smaller shape. This below picture illustrate when the outputs from both version are stacked. There are small discrepancies.I use the reference and everything is the same and it fits together but printed output as pdf is not.Could anyone possibly give me some advice to deal with this issue?

Do you see the difference if you plot manually through the plot dialog box, not using batch plot or print organizer?Are you using the same pltcfg to create the pdfs in V8 and V8i?
