I am having issues doing a batch plot in MS using a customer's title block. They have their title block attached as a reference dgn. The company has several "sub companies" and uses the same title block dgn file for each one, having a separate layer for each of the sub companies name/logo in the dgn file. When creating a drawing, we turn off all the layers for the other sub companies except for the one that the drawing is associated with.
I am now having an issue where MS is turning off the company layer that I had turned on and turning on another company layer.
I tried taking the title block file and deleting the other company layers and only having the one that I need remaining. This resulted in the batch plot printing the drawing with a blank spot where the company logo would be.
I've used Print Organizer in the past to print drawings for this customer with no issue.
Thanks in advance!!
v8i or Connect? Sounds a bit like bugs I've had with Connect, the Sheet Index function was a problem for me, needed to remove that particular attribute.

Go to the properties of that print definition. On the Advanced Tab check the option towards the bottom of the dialod "update from design file" click apply. You should now see the proper display. Level states are "static" in PO. When you turn levels on/off in a dgn PO will not pick up that change without perfomiper an "update from design file". You need to do this for all print defs in the set.

Tried updating print definition. No luck.
Can you post screenshots of your tabs in PO for one of the print definitions you are having problems with?
I think I'm getting closer...it has to do with some pre-saved views. There are several views saved in these files. When I go to view attributes, I can see in there that layer that is causing the trouble is on, and the layer I want on is off.
Now i have to figure out how I can update this one view for 400 drawings :-(
