Element Information - Quantitative Element Draw Order Field

This is a cross-post involving display and printing see this link for the display related replies:

In troubleshooting some element priority issues sometimes it may be difficult to assess all contributing factors applied to an element to create the final display order. I could be helpful to have all of the components expressed in a mathematical expression with a final quantitative element draw order value. This difficulty is generally due to all the different interactions of the various display related settings: "Use file Order for Display", "Element Priority", "Level Priority", "Reference Priority",  "Update Sequence", "Raster Plane" & 3D Z depth (I know this obviously throws a kink in assigning a "quantitative" value) and the printing related settings: "Rasterized",  "Non-rasterized priority sort mode", & "Element Output Action -  Priority". I think it would be helpful if there were some interface (possibly "Element Information") to revel the calculation use to develop the as viewed element display order. Also it would be helpful to have a similar interface to revel the as plotted element display order using the currently assigned pen table.
