Ask / discuss one topic or problem in a question. Do not merge more topics in one thread, because it makes the whole discussion chaotic and less efficient.
Always exactly specify what product and what version (e.g. MicroStation PowerDraft CONNECT Edition Update 10) you use. Very often an answer will be different whether you use e.g. V8 2004 Edition or CONNECT Edition Update 11 or Bentley View or full MicroStation.

It's not clear what do you mean. Do you mean print configuration file (.pltcfg) or pen table?

It's not clear what do you mean. This term is often used for the file created during printing, that is sent to printer or plotter manually. But I think you mean something else.
