We are facing an issue with Microstation printing problem, unable to print the file form Microstation app(please refer attached screen shot). It seems a printing driver configuration problem. Can you please look this issue on priority and provide your view to resolve this.
Your very first screen shot shows the print "Save Print As" dialogue. You have selected a printer driver file in the folder it brought up. Don't do that, rather select a folder where you want your output and type in a name for the new print. I also suspect you need to restore "Colour Printer.plt" as you may have overwrote it with a PDF.
