We are facing an issue with Microstation printing problem, unable to print the file form Microstation app(please refer attached screen shot). It seems a printing driver configuration problem. Can you please look this issue on priority and provide your view to resolve this.

Yes, when we hit on print button there is no file created also I am not sure how can we get to know the default output path which is defined within the driver.
Please elaborate more on this.

Your very first screen shot shows the print "Save Print As" dialogue. You have selected a printer driver file in the folder it brought up. Don't do that, rather select a folder where you want your output and type in a name for the new print. I also suspect you need to restore "Colour Printer.plt" as you may have overwrote it with a PDF.

Why are you using the old .plt plot drivers. v8i upgraded to the the ,pltcfg format. Even though the .plt files should still work there may be something that is preventing proper operation. Are you receiving any messages in the Microstation Message Center? Usually there will be something in that area that points to the problem. Are you able to print directly to a physical printer? Where does the operation fail? Looks like you are able to load everything. Are you saying that when you hit the print button there is no file created? Are you sure that a default output path is not defined within the driver and the file is being placed in that location?

When you click the print icon have you tried changing the extension of the file to .pdf in the Save as dialog. I think it is making a pdf but with the wrong extension.
