If you can submit a service request (including example files) with Bentley, maybe they can eventually get it fixed...

We are having trouble with connect not printing correctly.

Just ran tests today. Whole parts of drawings are missing.

We are still running SS2 ver. .0811.07.443 and it does the same thing. Our only solution is to rasterize the print, which makes it so you can't search your pdfs.
Sad that Bentley has no solution.

really?! I don't have SS3 version and didn't work print organizer on SS2 ...

Hi Lucilia,

When SS4 came out, I installed it on two of our machines. We had this issue in addition to several other issues. Bentley's response basically was that SS4 is the last release of Microstation V8i--so what you have is what you get. We un-installed SS4 and re-installed SS3. The other choice is to "upgrade" to the slower and not-fully-functional Microstation Connect Edition.
