Hope someone will be able to assist?
I had previousely a HP plotter which model is HP T1120 which the driver allowed me to select a standard paper height (A3, A2, A1 or A0), as shown on picture below.
Now I have an OCE CW500 plotter, but I don't have a similar driver that allow me to plott long plans with a standard paper height.

You are using a HPGL2 driver to drive the old plotter. But we do not have a clear image of what kind of driver you are using to plot on the CW500. I expect it to use a Windows driver. For that to work, you need to set a size in the Windows settings as Bob Rayner explained.Furthermore you are using the rather old plt-files. You should consider moving to the newer pltcfg-drivers.
