I feel my Computer is working/processing slow so, could someone please tell what would be the best configuration of the computer I should have for using MicroStation products?

An older version of Microstation.
Without knowing the spec of your computer, hard disk capacity & free space it is hard to say. Robert Arnold said an older version of MicroStation but you have not said what version.
In addition to my earlier comment, as your question is under the heading of Printing & Plotting, it could be the way you are printing.
You want the software on an SSD. For 3d, a good video card is necessary. At least 8 gb, preferably 16 gb RAM. Modern processor/mb. Even a cheap monitor can slow things down. If you're using Connect, there is a whole nother set of issues with speed. You are in the wrong forum, believe you can move it either to Administration or general Microstation Forum, not sure which.
