When I open up Building Suite & try & print. The message Unknown command comes up...Everything has been newly installed on my PC, makes no sense that no print options exist. Can anyone help please? I am just trying to create some PDFs....I have never seen this before!
How are you issuing the print command? (Ctrl. P, File>Print, keyin or?)
Is it possible you're using an academic or other "free version"
What flavor sauceware? (10.12.00.40 Windows x64)

Hi Bob, I'm actually working from Projectwise too on a large project, with not much IT backup.
File/Print is the one I used
It's fairly old Windows 7 software x64 based system
Would I have to export anything from Projectwise?

Yes, I know nothing about that. Certainly PW has a print function, unless it just didn't recognize printable content. Do you get the same when you hit control P?
Thank you for the help. Typing Print in the key in bar seems to work. Why the normal print function doesn't work remains a mystery, fairly typical of Bentley software...
I get these type quirks all the time with all the various softwares we use. It may not be parsing the correct command when you hit the GUI for that command, it may be a simple variable mis-defined, lots of possibles. Often, re-install is your quickest way home.
