this user is using PowerGeopak 8.11.09.878 - sorry for the blurry pic, it is a screen grab from an email. I've looked through a lot of this forum and didn't find this problem. any help would be appreciated.
This may have nothing to do with it, but has the user deleted their GeoPak RSC files lately?
Check out THIS ARTICLE. I've seen all sorts of weirdness happen when the RSC files get corrupted, and it wouldn't surprise me if that was the cause here.
