Pltcfg file not setting up sheet sizes??

Question

So I have created Sheets in Microstation, and in the creation I have the option to select my page size and to show the sheet boundary. This works great... on my machine. When my tech does the same procedures, it always defaults to a size of 0,0 and won't apply the sheet size. We are both pointing to all the same config files and the same plot config file. The only thing different between the 2 machines is that I am on Select Series 3 and he is on Select Series 4.

 I think you answered your own question. Upgrade him to SS4 (if you can) and see if you still have the problem. To be sure, you may also want to check MS_CUSTOMSHEETSIZEDEF. You both should be pointed to the same file.
