In my office we separate our drawings into separate microstation files per page of the document... so a plan with drawing number xxxxx we create xxxxx.01, xxxxx.02, xxxxx.03 for however many pages we have. Is there a way to pull all the relevant files for a drawing number together into one document and then automatically convert it to a pdf?
What version (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation, or other product, are you using?

MicroStation has two built-in print engines: regular Print and Print Organizer. They are both documented in MicroStation help.
There is also a Print Forum, which might be a better place to post your question.

We use MicroStation V8i (Select Series 3). Our primary means to generate pdfs is to manually add the files to ProjectWise Interplot Organizer and convert them there.
I would like to more easily automate this process.

Print Organizer originated in MicroStation V8i. I'm not in a position to compare it with InterPlot Organizer. However, it's intimately bound up with MicroStation, which the latter is not. Try the Print Forum for detailed advice.
Hi JaQuinton
If you have Projectwise (PW) and access to Interplot then the 2 together can create PDF files from within PW. I am not sure why you would want to create the PDF outside of PW and then add them to PW. Seem counter productive to me.
In some PW systems they have a right click option called.. Create Rendition'. this is a way that PW can run the interplot process and create PDF files in batch, without opening the DGN files. However, you may not have this module within your PW system. please check.

I do not see the option to create a rendition. I don't need to create the pdf twice... i would like to generate a single pdf from multiple micocad files and host that single pdf somewhere else.
