Microstation V8i SS4, I have a shape that shows up only when I print from a pset to PDF. The shape does not exist anywhere that I can find. I have checked construction levels and patterns, turned on all levels in the source file and all references, fit view, elevation......Nothing makes this ghost level show up. Any ideas for me, anyone? Thank you
this post should be in the print forum, but never mind, lets try to help you first...
what happens if you print from control p without pset, if it still happens then perhaps its black object(s) on a black back ground? try changing your background temporarily to white so you can see if its a black polygon or 4 lines etc , level by level all off then one at a time...
any xrefs? , turn off and test print again..
, if still fail to find cause then create new file and xref the offending drg and select all and copy into active new plan, then archine old plan and renaname new plan to old plan name... then try again...this should remove bad phantom elements.. you may need to do the same with any ref files being used...

Lorys, my apologies for posting in the wrong forum. Creating a new file, select all and copy worked perfectly. Thank you very much.
Might have been one of the settings here. They only get used for particular .pset
