Plot to PDF with an Aerial Background issue

Question

Running Power geopak ss4, (version .845) on window 10. 
 When I save out a pdf, it creates random "No image" camera box tiles, on my pdf. It is not shown inmy drawing, or the print preview. Also. It did not do this in Windows 7. Now, using WIndows 10, this is happening. Is there a relationship between my output, PDF and windows 10? Or, is there a setting that i can change so this doesn't happen?

is your image an actual raster file or wms or link to internet... this only used to happen to me when I tried to zoom in too far online and no available rasters at resolution required.... 
 Can you capture the actual image from say google earth and convert to geotiff, then its just a raster xref, there is a tutorial for this in bentley wiki use the above search tool to find it...works well for me.. I sue it a lot when no survey and no airphoto available...
