Printing Plotting

Does anyone know how/with what program I can view a metafile?  (a ".m" file?)  I can generate it, but can't read it.  I'm trying to trouble shoot a pen table designed to "shade" my printed sheet.  I need to confirm how the pen table is "seeing" my reference file slot numbers, and the only way I know to do it is check the iplot metafile.  Any suggestions?  Thanks. • Unless you are using ProjectWise and require IPlot for accessing ProjectWise resources, I agree with Bob, you can do away with IPlot.

Now on to your current issue...

Many versions ago the .m file could be opened in MicroStation. The .m file format was changed somewhere along the way so that was no longer possible. I don't know of any way to view the current iteration of the IPlot meta files. Your best option might be to generate PDF's from IPlot and review those.
