PDF production in ProjectWise
Offline

Greetings,
Looking for some advise or direction for PDF production in ProjectWise. Over the last few years, we've been using ProjectWise Rendition services to automatically create PDFs and map the attributes when documents reach a certain state in ProjectWise.
However lately we've noticed Bentley's Rendtion services are struggling to produce PDFs from new authoring tools/multiple versions e.g. Office 2016 & 365, AutoCAD 2017 & above, Civil 3D 2017 & above, MX v8, OpenRoads CONNECT etc.
Our latest attempt is to now stop automatic PDF production but provide additional profiles for Office 365, A1, A3 Drawings which users have to select manually. However there is no guarantee the PDF will look correct because the Rendtion services still use MicroStation CONNECT to print the PDF. Users can replace the PDF in ProjectWise if not printed correctly.
Are there any services we could adopt for PDF production in ProjectWise whilst retaining the attributes mapping?
Or are there any PDF routines that we could deploy on the software to create the PDFs offline and may be a powershell to upload onto ProjectWise?
We'll also be looking into imodel production by state in ProjectWise in the very near future hence any advise will be much appreciated.
