How to take print of Drawing while I have added some multi lines over existed lines of Drawing.

You will want to make sure that you are using the same print driver/printing configuration and pen tables as everyone else. Copy them from your co-worker or make sure you navigate to your network correctly.

I already done all these changes. But still its not resolved yet. can you please send all the required settings required

I do not have your print config nor pen table files. I cannot send you something I don't have. You will need to get those files from someone involved in your project. You will also need to make sure that your MicroStation is pointing to those files in order for you to print correctly.

You will need the correct *.pltcfg file. That is the printer congifuration file for whatever printer or output you plan to use.
If there is one, you will need a pen table. Often these are *.tbl files, but not all *.tbl files are pen tables.

There may also be a design script. I'm not as familiar with those, but if your organization uses them, somebody there, where you are, knows what you need.

I am miles and miles away. I can suggest the type of resource files you might need to print correctly, but I am not working on your project and I don't personally have those files. You will need to locate those files for yourself, and make sure you are using them when you print.

If its just for viewing you could try turning off line weights inside you pdf viewer look in help in pdf view program... forgot  keyin for this but its just a toggle  google will help...
